Our mission is rooted in the belief that “creating people who create” means nurturing the character of creators—not only their technical skills. That’s why we treat words like **responsibility**, **morality**, and **ethics** not only as abstract principles, but as part of a creator’s persona. We call these evolving behaviors **“Shigusa”** — deliberate or unconscious gestures that embody how one acts as a creative individual in society. This Code of Conduct is updated regularly, offering creators a compass to understand what should not be done and what should be done — with clarity, flexibility, and humanity, in line with laws and ethics.
