**A new era in filmmaking is here.**

Launched in 2024, *Project Odyssey* is the world’s first global AI filmmaking competition — and now, Season 3 is set to begin. Over the past two seasons, AICU has supported the competition as a media partner, featuring it extensively in our coverage. More than **6,000 AI films** from **87 countries** have already demonstrated the vast potential of AI-powered storytelling.

- **Season 1 (Q3 2024)**: Over 1,300 submissions from 45 countries.
- **Season 2 (Q4 2024 – Q1 2025)**: 4,593 films, totaling 190 hours of content, plus $78,000 in cash prizes and $800,000 in AI tool credits.
- 72% of participants were solo creators, with vibrant international collaboration via Discord and LinkedIn.
