「ローカル環境」生成環境を実際に構築する手順を解説します。ローカル環境ではStabilityMatrixを使ってForgeやComfyUIを起動するまでを、一緒に進めていきましょう。前回の入門編は **nVIDIAドライバー、Visual Studio、Stability Matrix をインストールしました。**

## StabilityMatrixの導入手順

### 手順1：StabilityMatrixのダウンロードと配置

まずは、StabilityMatrixの公式GitHubから最新版をダウンロードします。StabilityMatrix-win-x64.zipというファイルを探してダウンロードし、日本語を含まないパスに解凍して配置してください。

パスに日本語が含まれていると、後の工程で予期しないエラーが起きることがあるため、これは必ず守っておきたいポイントです。

1\. 公式GitHubから最新版をダウンロード：  
[https://github.com/LykosAI/StabilityMatrix](https://github.com/LykosAI/StabilityMatrix%EF%BF%BC%E5%8F%B3%E5%81%B4%E3%81%AB)

右側にReleasesというリリースバージョンを公開する場所がありますのでそちらから再試版を入手します。

現在はv2.15.7が最新のようです。

1. Releasesから **StabilityMatrix-win-x64.zip** をダウンロードし、  
   \`D:\\StabilityMatrix\`などの**日本語を含まないパスに展開**します。

### 手順2：StabilityMatrixと生成ツールのインストール

次に解凍したフォルダの中にあるStabilityMatrix.exeを起動します。初回起動時にいくつかの設定画面が表示されます。

スマートスクリーンによる保護があります「詳細情報」→「実行」です。「実行しない」がデフォルトなので注意。

モードの選択では**「✅Portableモード」**を選んでください。すべてのファイルが同じフォルダにまとまるため、管理しやすくなります。

その後のパッケージ選択の画面では「セットアップをスキップ」を選択します。

生成ツール（WebUI／パッケージ）のインストールは次の工程で行いますので、**ここでは一旦スキップ**して先へ進みましょう。

1\. StabilityMatrix.exeを起動  
2\. Portableモードを選択（推奨）  
3\. パッケージ選択で「セットアップをスキップI」を選択  
※ 「Forge（classic）」のインストールの手順説明の為

**操作ポイント**  
初回起動時のGPU認識 StabilityMatrixは起動時にNVIDIA GPUを自動検出します。  
手順1で最新ドライバをインストール済みであれば問題なく認識されますが、

古いドライバのままだと認識に失敗する場合がありますので、うまく認識されない場合はドライバのバージョンを確認してみてください。
