**AICU media（AICU JapanおよびAICU Inc.によるブログ記事等を含む）**は、生成AIとクリエイティブ表現の可能性を追求する独立メディアです。私たちは、報道・記録・教育・アーカイブ・展示・商業活動を通じて、未来の表現と社会的包摂を支えることを目的としています。

• AICU mediaは、イベント・展示・インタビュー・オンライン活動等において収録した肖像・音声・作品・発言・記録を、報道・教育・アーカイブ・商業目的で使用することがあります。
• 同意の形式には、以下を含みます：
  • 電子メール、Webフォーム、チェックボックス等での同意
  • SNS上での明示的な同意の返答、emoji（👍🙆‍♀️等）による意思表示
  • 主催者による参加規約の明示（撮影ありと通知されたイベント）
  • 多言語参加における自動翻訳の読解を含む黙示的同意

• AICU mediaが取得・制作したコンテンツは、Web・書籍・展示・動画配信・広告等に二次利用されることがあります。
• これには、他メディアへの提供、販売、プロモーション利用、アーカイブ保存が含まれます。
• すべての編集・公開・再使用に関する権利は、AICU mediaに帰属します。

• 肖像の公開にあたり、非同定をご希望の場合は、モザイク・縮小処理に加えてスタイル変換処理（例：イラスト風変換、AI再描写等）を行うことがあります。
• これは将来的な顔認識技術による再識別リスクを抑制するための措置です。

• 削除や修正のご依頼は、事実誤認・プライバシー侵害等の日本または現地国の法令違反に該当する場合に限り、原則として公開から24時間以内のご連絡に基づいて検討いたします。
• 公開後、2回以上の修正要求があった場合や、著しく信頼性が損なわれると判断される場合には、掲載停止または関係の終了とすることがあります。
• イベント等の取材先や情報発信元が、撮影・記録等の実施に関して十分な告知を行っていなかったことを理由とする削除要請には応じられません。
• 本人の同意を得た撮影、または入場料や登録等が不要な公共の場での映り込みについては、日本および現地国の法令に基づき、肖像権や著作権の効力が及ばない可能性があります。

AICU mediaは以下の法令・原則に基づき、運用方針を策定・随時更新しています：

• 日本：肖像権、プライバシー権、著作権法、不法行為法
• 中国：民法典第1018〜1020条、憲法第35条
• 韓国：憲法第10・21条、民法第750条、大法院判例
• フランス：民法典第9条、報道法（1881年）、ECHR、GDPR
• 国際法：国際人権規約（ICCPR）第17・19条

法改正等があった場合には、常に最新の法令・解釈に従って運用方針を見直します。

• 本ポリシーに関して生じる一切の紛争は、日本法を準拠法とし、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

AICU media (including blog articles and other content by AICU Japan and AICU Inc.) is an independent media initiative exploring the potential of generative AI and creative expression. Our mission is to support future expression and social inclusion through journalism, documentation, education, archiving, exhibition, and commercial activities.

• AICU media may use portraits, audio, works, statements, and recordings collected at events, exhibitions, interviews, and online activities for purposes including journalism, education, archiving, and commercial use.
• Consent may be obtained in the following forms:
  • Explicit agreement via email, web forms, or checkboxes
  • Expressive replies or emoji-based indications (e.g., 👍🙆‍♀️) on social media
  • Participation rules issued by event organizers (e.g., notices regarding filming)
  • Implicit consent in multilingual events, including understanding via machine translation

• Content created or collected by AICU media may be reused in formats such as websites, books, exhibitions, video streaming, and advertisements.
• This includes distribution to other media outlets, commercial sales, promotional use, and archiving.
• All rights related to editing, publishing, and reuse of content belong to AICU media.

• If requested, visual content may be subject to de-identification, including mosaic or size reduction, as well as style transformation processing (e.g., illustration-style conversion, AI-based redrawing).
• This is intended to reduce future re-identification risks associated with facial recognition technologies.

• Requests for deletion or correction will be considered only when the content violates Japanese or applicable local laws (e.g., factual inaccuracy, privacy infringement) and must be submitted within 24 hours of publication.
• If more than two correction requests are submitted, or if content is deemed to significantly harm credibility, AICU media reserves the right to suspend publication or terminate the relationship.
• Requests for deletion based on lack of prior notice by event organizers or sources will not be accepted.
• Appearance in publicly accessible spaces (e.g., public events without admission or registration) may not be subject to portrait or copyright claims, in accordance with Japanese and local laws.

AICU media operates in accordance with the following legal frameworks and international norms:

• Japan: Right to portrait, privacy rights, copyright law, tort law
• China: Civil Code Articles 1018–1020, Constitution Article 35
• South Korea: Constitution Articles 10 and 21, Civil Code Article 750, Supreme Court precedents
• France: Civil Code Article 9, Press Law (1881), ECHR, GDPR
• International: ICCPR Articles 17 and 19

We continuously update our policy to reflect the latest legal developments and interpretations.

• Any disputes related to this policy shall be governed by the laws of Japan.
• The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
